( I just created a new related post on how to create a multiple choice  question on the form that a bit simplified - takes the "other" answers in a multiple choice question on a form, and updates the multiple choice options with those as options.) Google Scripts - Adding a Template Table to the Top of a Meeting Agenda On Demand

That seems like a weird title for this post, but I was trying to be as descriptive as possible - though the script will work for other uses as well with some easy modifications.  I was posed the following problem by a person at one of our local districts: "Looking for a way for teachers on a [district] Team to be able to click on a link so that this blank template shows up above their prior week's entries. Does this make sense?"  As I have not done much with using scripts in documents, I was eager to try this. Surprisingly, I was able to craft this one in less than 24 hours!  And now, I see a myriad of ways that it could be used in other situations. Here's a bonus tipsheet with your ideas - Bring a power strip to make new friends at crowded outlets. ~Carol Isakson Get to your sessions early. Once a session is full, the doors will be closed and a “Session Full”  sign should be visible. If you see a session full sign on a door or a representative tells you it is full, please respect that and do not enter. Don't try to fill every session slot . Google Calendar - How to Accept/Decline an Invitation to an Event

One advantage of using Google Calendars is the ability to invite others to an event.  When you are invited to an event, it will automatically add the event to your primary calendar and give you the ability to respond.  The event will have a variety of circles in front of it (month view) or shading (week view) to indicate your response to the invitation.  It will also notify the person organizing the event as to your status, if you have set it.  (Here is a video on How to Accept/Decline an Invitation to an Event .)  Included are how to do this both in Google Calendar, and from within your email.
