Google Calendar - How to Email Event Invitees
It's quick, flexible, and can save you a lot of time, so is worth checking out if you haven't used it before!

When in your Google Calendar:
Click on the event you wish to email out from -
Click on the Mail icon in the upper right of the event -
A window pops up for you to craft your email in. You have the following options:
- Select a subgroup to send the message to (leaving all checked sends to all & cc's you)
- You can take off specific people, OR add people not invited to the event
- Copy the email addresses to the clipboard to use elsewhere
- Compose your message
- Note that the "event information will be included in the message"
Once you have filled it out, click on Send -
