“Kids teaching kids” videos created at a middle school in California.  You can subscribe within iTunes, as well.

Science-
Animated tutorials for a variety of scientific disciplines. 

Art -
Site has information about artists, art movements, art museums, artworks, art news… basically anything related to art and art history!
