Five Friday Finds

Finding good web resources can be the hardest part of the job for an educator.  With all the demands on a teacher's time, who has time to spend searching?  If this is you, here are some resources you may found useful.

General-

A practical guide with ideas for different applications in the classroom.  Many different ideas, and a link to a site with YouTube alternatives for those that still have YouTube blocked.

A great science site maintained by Jefferson Lab, there are resources for teachers and students, games, videos and other information.

Social Studies-

Site by the National Park Service compares an event in history to a similar event in our time.
