If you need to either print your email, or save it as a PDF, there are several ways to accomplish this. When viewing the email, you can either click on the printer icon in the upper right:  Or you can click on the More menu (3 stacked dots) and select Print there: Or you can use the shortcut: Using any of those methods, it will open a print preview window: You can: Change which printer is selected Select which pages to print Select the number of copies Change the layout (portrait vs landscape) Display more settings When you click on the Destination (which printer), you have options to save the email as a PDF or to Google Drive as well: Under the More settings, you can adjust other settings, including scaling the document and turning on/off headers & footers: Once done, clicking print will print the document with your preferred settings (or save it to PDF or Google Drive).

You should now have the ability to select exactly what you want to print, when printing from Google Sheets.  In addition to being able to print the "current sheet" or entire "workbook" (all sheets), you can now just print "selected cells." When on your sheet, highlight the cells you want to print.  Select to print it using the File Menu, print icon or control+P.  In the Print preview menu that appears to the right, click on the dropdown under Print - Pick option "Selected cells" from the choices - The print preview pane will change from displaying the entire current sheet to only displaying the selected cells you want to print so you can proof it to ensure you have the right information -

The newest update in Google Drive gives some more options to protect your documents - finally, you can keep your document from being copied! When you are sharing your document (or spreadsheet), go to the Advanced option: Look for a new checkbox at the bottom of the window that says "Disable options to download, print, and copy for commenters and viewers."  So, what does this do for those you share it with?  Three key things - 1.  It takes away many options in the File Menu, including "Make a copy," "Download as," and "Print."  2. If they try to share it further, they get the message "You must ask the owner to invite the people below."   3. If they try to highlight and copy or cut the content on the page, they get the message "Options to download, print, and copy have been disabled on this file." This is a huge change in helping to keep the integrity of shared documents. Want to see it in action...
