Google Forms - See Where Collaborators are Working

Image
Did you know you can know tell where collaborators are working in a Google Form where multiple people can edit?? I just happened to notice this the other day when a colleague asked me to look over his form.  When I got into the form and was scrolling down through the questions, a green bar caught my eye.  Then I noticed the name and profile circle popped up on the left.  It was showing me what question he was currently editing!  This was confirmed in our phone conversation.  Pretty nifty that I can prevent my accidentally overwriting his edits!

Click on the arrow to the right of the calendar, and select Edit notifications The notifications settings give you several options.  The first one is for normal events that have set times.  The second is for events marked “all day.” For each of these you can add the type of notification you want by clicking Add a notification Once you add a notification, you can decide the type(s) of notifications you would like - email or the pop-ups - and set the time prior to event to receive it You can also add more than one notification if desired Below this, there are several items related to events you are invited to.  What most people find more useful is the Daily agenda option buried at the botto...
