Google Mail - Insert a Photo In Your Email Message

If you need to share a photo with your email recipient(s), you can attach it within your email message.  Here are the steps to do this. Begin composing your email message.  When you are ready to attach the photo, click on the Image icon at the bottom of the compose window You can add the photo any of the following ways: from your Photos folder (part of your Google Apps account) from an Album you have created with your photos uploading the photo from your computer/device using the Web URL to access it Additionally, you can select to have the photo appear inline where the cursor is, or as an attachment at the end of your email message After selecting the photo, click Insert:  - and the image will be added to your email: If you selected to have it inline within your message, if you click on it you have some options under it: you can decide to size it between 1 of 3 ways (small, best fit, or original size) you can remove the image from ...

Google Classroom - Adding Materials as Resources

At any time you can share resources with your students within Classroom.  This is one of the advantages of using Classroom as what I call a "launching pad" - it can be the one place students go to get to any resources needed for your class, cutting down on transition time and confusion.  Students can always know they can get to the sites and materials by going to Classroom.  Additionally, it can help support students that are absent or looking for extra practice outside of school hours.  And, since it integrates so nicely with your Drive, it can be more efficient for you also. Google Forms - How to Add a Video to Your Form

Google Forms underwent some radical changes in the last major overhaul.  In addition to being able to add images (all over the form), you can now include videos within your form for those taking it to be able to watch.  If you are a teacher, this means you can embed some video content right there in the form to then follow up with some understanding/comprehension questions.  Wow! Adding images to a form can be useful in several ways. Maybe your form is a math quiz having students identify the correct graph.  Maybe it is having students identify particular body parts.  Or maybe you are working with non-readers so are creating an image-based form.  Regardless of why, it is very easy to add images into your form. Google Drive - Adding Images

Recently there was an update making it easier to add Images in Google Docs, Slides and Drawings.  Here are some screenshots of the new drop-down menu and what each option results in. Upload from computer When you select this: You get the standard pop-up window where you can select the image from a location on your computer.
