( I just created a new related post on how to create a multiple choice  question on the form that a bit simplified - takes the "other" answers in a multiple choice question on a form, and updates the multiple choice options with those as options.) Google Forms - Copy Summary Graph/Diagram to Use Elsewhere

If you are looking at the summary view of the results for some Form data you have collected, you can  copy a chart or diagram that you want to use elsewhere very easily and quickly. Simply hover over the chart or diagram, and a copy icon will appear in the upper right corner of it.  Click on that - You will get a message that it has been copied to to the clipboard in the lower left corner -  You can then paste it into the location you want to use it.  Here's an example in a G Doc -  I also pasted it into: Slides, an email, a Sites webpage, in my Blogger.  A nice feature addition that saves time from taking screenshots!

Here's a bonus tipsheet with your ideas - Bring a power strip to make new friends at crowded outlets. ~Carol Isakson Get to your sessions early. Once a session is full, the doors will be closed and a “Session Full”  sign should be visible. If you see a session full sign on a door or a representative tells you it is full, please respect that and do not enter. Don't try to fill every session slot . Spend an hour in the exhibit hall or just sitting and reflecting on other sessions. Your brain and your feet both need a rest sometime. ~Andy Losik Wear your badge . Google Calendar - How to Share Your Calendar Via Link

Google Calendar provides a couple ways you can share your calendar.  The first way you will see below provides a link that lets another person subscribe to your calendar.  They will need to be logged into their Google account, and it will display YOUR calendar along with their own. (Personally, I find this method the best for adding my kids' and husband's events so I see our families events all in one calendar.)  The second method displays your calendar in a browser window.  This is probably the preferred Teacher method for sharing with parents.
