Google Forms - Insert an Image Into Your Form
Adding images to a form can be useful in several ways. Maybe your form is a quiz over a labeled diagram (image) from class. Maybe it is adding to your brand on the quiz. Or maybe you are working with non-readers so are creating an image-based form. Regardless of why, it is very easy to add images into your form.

To insert an image:
Click on the question that you want the image to appear BELOW. Then click on the image icon in the sliding toolbar on the right side-
The Insert Image window will pop-up (similar to what it is with other Google Tools). You have 6 options:
If you click on search, note that it is only searching for images that have a creative commons license which allow for reuse -
If you use the search function, you can search by:
When you select an image from a search, it displays the image's license at the bottom of the window-
Whichever method you use for selecting/finding your image, once you click Select it will place it beneath the last question you had selected -
You can add an image title, and align the image from the "more options" menu (three stacked dots) -

- Upload - an image from your device
- Take a snapshot - using the web cam
- By URL - paste in the URL of the picture
- Your albums - from your Google Albums (if pictures are stored there)
- Google Drive - from a folder in your G Drive
