Google Forms - Moving Questions Around
Any of us who remember the OLD Google Forms will remember our biggest complaint when working with a longer form...all new questions were added to the bottom, and moving questions around (especially from the bottom to the top of the form) was a HUGE pain that took a LOT of time! One of the most intuitive improvements to the current version of G Forms, in my opinion.

To move a question -
Look for the double stacked dots at the top of the question you wish to move. For the question that is in edit mode, they are visible. For the other questions, they show up when you mouse over the question.
When you place your mouse over these, the cursor will change to a 4 way arrow. You can then click and hold on the dots then drag the question to where you want it within your form -
